#DaanUtsav is India's week long festival to celebrate giving, held every year between Oct 2-8. Millions of Indians engage in acts of giving- from offering a cup of tea to security guards in the night, to volunteering at an old age home, or simply writing a cheque for a cause. 1200+ "giving events" are organised by thousands of volunteers in 100+ towns, cities and villages across India. So go ahead and do your bit as well!
